As a share of spend, the top of each tier works out to about 8% at Tier 1, 5% at Tier 4 and 4% at Tier 5, falling to 3.5% above $40,000. One Trustpilot reviewer mentions a $299 setup fee that isn't on the pricing page, so ask before you pay. Code SHOPIATOR takes 10% off the first year, which brings Tier 1 to about $179 a month.

Prime Circle has a 4.4 TrustScore from 21 Trustpilot reviews: 90% five-star, 5% four-star and 5% one-star, all from the last 12 months. Trustpilot notes the company hasn't asked for reviews recently and hasn't replied to negative reviews. Most reviewers single out support, often naming the same account manager.
