UpROAS Review (2026)Pricing Across Six Platforms, What the Reviews Show, and Two Alternatives
An independent review of UpROAS agency ad accounts, built from client feedback and ecom community discussion: Gold to Titanium pricing with the medium-risk fee most reviews skip, the cashback math, real reviews, who should skip it, and how it compares to ExiScale and AdRevival.
UpROAS is the widest and cheapest offer in the agency ad account market: Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, and Outbrain under one subscription, unlimited spend from $699 a month with no spend fees on mainstream verticals, and up to 3% cashback on the top tier. It sits third in our ad account providers guide, and on pricing and platform breadth it's the strongest offer of the three we track.
This review is built from what clients we work with report, what operators say in ecom and media buying groups, and the public record on pricing and reviews. Shopiator does not operate, resell, or control UpROAS's infrastructure, so nothing here is a guarantee of account stability, replacement speed, fund handling, or any ad platform's decisions on your account. We have a referral relationship with UpROAS, disclosed below.
What UpROAS Actually Sells
UpROAS rents access to agency ad accounts that sit inside Business Managers holding Meta's Platinum HiVA trust tier, the internal rating Meta gives high-value advertisers, and extends the same model to Google, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, and Outbrain. Every subscription includes an unlimited number of ad accounts, accounts issued within 24 hours, instant top-ups by crypto or bank transfer, 24/7 support with direct access to a Meta representative, and replacement if an account is disabled. The company runs offices in Tallinn, Estonia and Miami, and says it works with 1,750+ businesses and manages $20M+ in monthly ad spend. Those figures are self-reported.
The pitch that separates it from ExiScale and AdRevival is breadth. One relationship, one billing platform, one support channel, six platforms. For an advertiser whose spend is genuinely split across Meta and Google, that is a real operational saving over running two or three specialist providers.
UpROAS Pricing in 2026
| Tier | Monthly | Spend limit | Low-risk fee | Medium-risk fee | What is added |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gold | $299 | Up to $6,000 a month | 0% | 6% | Base package: HiVA accounts, unlimited ad accounts, Meta rep access, 24h issuance |
| Diamond | $699 | Unlimited | 0% | 5% | Cap removed |
| Platinum | $995 | Unlimited | 1% cashback | 4% | Dedicated account manager, cashback on spend |
| Titanium | $1,995 | Unlimited | Up to 3% cashback | Not offered | Connect your own card, dedicated Business Manager |
Pricing from the Low-Risk and Medium-Risk tabs on uproas.io, September 2026. Medium-risk means verticals Meta flags more often; UpROAS states all advertising must still comply with Meta policy.
Read the two fee columns before the tier names. A mainstream ecommerce brand on Diamond pays $699 a month and nothing on spend, which is the cheapest unlimited-spend agency account we know of. A supplement, skincare-claims, or other medium-risk brand on the same tier pays $699 plus 5% of every dollar. At $50,000 a month in spend that is $2,500 in fees, so the real monthly cost is about $3,200, more than ExiScale's Scale plan, which charges no spend fee at all.
On the cashback, the math is simple. Titanium's premium over Diamond is $1,296 a month. At 3% back you cover it at about $43,000 a month in spend; at a more conservative 2.5%, about $52,000. Above that, the subscription is net positive. Platinum's 1% covers its $296 premium over Diamond at roughly $30,000 a month.

Get Started With UpROASEnrollment: The Spots Counter and the Whop Store
The UpROAS homepage shows a counter reading a handful of spots left out of 20 and says access opens only a few times a year. The Whop store tells a different story: a Join button, 1,189 members joined, and a subscription that has been continuously purchasable since it launched on Whop in May 2025. Our own referral data agrees with Whop. Treat the counter as a sales device, not a deadline, and do not let it rush a decision that deserves the due diligence below.
Real Reviews: What Members Actually Report
The public review record is mixed, which is normal for a fast-growing infrastructure provider. Here's a representative spread, positive and negative, not a cherry-picked set.
“These guys saved my business. Fb started giving me bad quality traffic all of a sudden. Tried everything to fix it. New ad account. New pixels. New ads. Nothing worked, except the uproas account. Also, their communication is amazing. 24/7. Def worth the money if you need a fb ad account.”
Luke Charlton, Trustpilot, May 2026
“My manager Maria is very helpful, all top ups are done so fast and issues are solved the same day. Can not ask for more.”
Terrence Curtin, Trustpilot, May 2026
“Using their Ad account Service for 6 months now, everything is running smoothly!”
Milos Simonovic, Trustpilot, June 2026
“The Tik Tok agency ad accounts actually work. I spent my budget without the usual random flags blocking my campaigns. It does exactly what they claim.”
Paul Miller, Trustpilot, February 2026
“The constant replacements meant I kept losing momentum, rebuilding campaigns, dealing with delays, and going back into the learning phase. Fund transfers were also frustrating and unclear at times.”
Omar AlHamaydeh, Trustpilot, July 2026 (excerpt)
“I bought a Facebook account from Uproas.io about two months ago, and today my account was hacked. Funds were transferred from the cards linked to my account to my Facebook Ads account, and they removed me from the account they sold me.”
Kerim Mert Kurt, Trustpilot, July 2026 (excerpt)
The one-star reviews describe two different failures. One on the $299 tier describes a month of replacement churn, restricted Business Managers, and unclear fund transfers, with the company's position being that replacements and restrictions are part of the service. One alleges his account was hacked, funds moved from his linked cards, and his access removed. We cannot independently verify either account, and the five-star reviews describe the opposite experience in similar detail. What the pattern tells you is where to put your own safeguards: fund by bank in small increments, never prepay large balances, keep your pixel in a Business Manager you own, and confirm the support channel and response expectation in writing before you spend at volume, the same safeguards worth using with any agency ad account provider.
What Clients and Ecom Groups Report
UpROAS comes up in the groups we sit in mostly from two kinds of advertiser: multi-platform teams who wanted Google and TikTok under the same roof as Meta, and cost-sensitive brands who noticed that $699 for unlimited spend undercuts everyone else. The positive reports match the five-star reviews: accounts issued quickly, approvals that clear in minutes, top-ups that land fast, and named account managers who respond. Several mention the cashback paying for the subscription once spend crossed six figures a month.
The negative reports also show up: replacement churn for medium-risk offers, and slower support at exactly the moment an account is down. Two practical notes from operators who have stayed. First, the fee tab you are on matters more than the tier, so be honest about your vertical at signup rather than discovering the fee later. Second, the Titanium dedicated Business Manager is the only tier where pixel continuity is structured for you; on the lower tiers, build it yourself on day one. That is their account, not ours.
Who UpROAS Is For, and Who Should Skip It
- ▶Buy it if your spend is genuinely split across Meta and Google or TikTok and you want one provider, one billing, one support channel.
- ▶Buy Diamond if you are a mainstream ecommerce vertical spending $200 to $2,000 a day. $699 for unlimited spend with no fees is the best price in this category.
- ▶Buy Titanium if you spend $45,000 a month or more and want the cashback to fund the subscription, plus a dedicated Business Manager for your pixel.
- ▶Skip it, or price it honestly, if you are in a medium-risk vertical. Add the 4-6% spend fee to the subscription and compare against ExiScale, which charges no spend fee.
- ▶Do not prepay, do not park large balances, and confirm your support channel and response expectations before you run it as your main Meta account structure.

Two Alternatives If UpROAS Is Not the Fit
ExiScale: if pixel continuity and Meta-only depth matter more than breadth
ExiScale is Meta only, starts at $1,000 a month, and charges no spend fee regardless of vertical. Its Scale plan at $3,000 includes 12 ad accounts, 4 Business Managers, and a dedicated host Business Manager for pixels. Choose it over UpROAS when Meta is 80% or more of your spend or your vertical is medium-risk and you'd rather not carry the spend-fee math. Our full ExiScale review covers the plans line by line.
AdRevival: if you want tiered entry pricing on Meta specifically
AdRevival runs Bronze to Platinum from $299 to $2,499 a month on Meta, with TikTok and other channels sold separately at $499 each, and zero spend fees on bank top-ups. The catch is a waitlist on every Meta tier. Choose it over UpROAS when Meta is your main channel and you want to start small and move up tiers as spend grows. Our full AdRevival review covers the tiers and the waitlist.
Verdict
On price and platform breadth, UpROAS is the strongest offer we track. $699 for unlimited Meta spend with no fees, six platforms under one roof, and cashback that can zero out the subscription at scale. The positive reviews and client reports are specific and consistent, and so are the handful of negative ones, which is normal for infrastructure at this volume. Take it with the safeguards spelled out above: monthly billing, small bank top-ups, your own pixel Business Manager, and confirm your vertical's fee tier before you commit meaningful spend.

Get Started With UpROASFrequently Asked Questions
Is UpROAS legit?
UpROAS is a real company with offices in Tallinn and Miami and a Whop store with over 1,100 members that has sold continuously since May 2025. Clients we work with and operators in ecom groups report both smooth experiences and, in some cases, replacement churn during a restriction. Shopiator does not control the service and cannot guarantee outcomes. Use monthly billing, small bank top-ups, and your own pixel Business Manager as standard practice regardless of provider.
How much does UpROAS cost?
Gold $299 a month with spend capped at $6,000, Diamond $699 with unlimited spend, Platinum $995 with unlimited spend and 1% cashback, Titanium $1,995 with up to 3% cashback, your own card, and a dedicated Business Manager. Those prices carry 0% spend fees for low-risk verticals. Medium-risk verticals pay the same subscriptions plus a 6% (Gold), 5% (Diamond), or 4% (Platinum) fee on ad spend, and Titanium is not offered at the medium-risk tier.
What platforms does UpROAS cover?
Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, and Outbrain, all under one subscription with an unlimited number of ad accounts. That breadth is its main advantage over Meta-only providers like ExiScale.
Is UpROAS really only open a few times a year?
The homepage shows a spots-remaining counter and says access opens a few times a year, but the Whop store shows a Join button, over 1,100 members, and a subscription that has been continuously purchasable since May 2025. Enrollment is effectively year-round. Treat the counter as a sales device, not a deadline.
Does the UpROAS cashback pay for the subscription?
Titanium costs $1,296 a month more than Diamond. At 3% cashback that premium is covered at about $43,000 a month in spend, at 2.5% about $52,000, and above that the subscription is net positive. Platinum's 1% covers its $296 premium over Diamond at roughly $30,000 a month.
UpROAS vs ExiScale: which should I choose?
UpROAS if your spend is split across Meta and Google or TikTok, you are in a mainstream vertical, and price matters most: $699 for unlimited spend with no fees. ExiScale if Meta is 80% or more of your spend, your vertical is medium-risk (UpROAS adds a 4-6% spend fee there, ExiScale charges none), or you want a host Business Manager for pixels built into the plan.

"Premium," "whitelisted," and "unlimited" get used loosely across the agency ad account market.
