Can I bring my team or agency on the call?
Yes. Many founders bring their in-house buyer or even their agency. Having the operator referee that conversation is often the fastest way to the truth.
What if one hour is not enough?
Most problems fit in an hour when the context is shared ahead of time. If yours needs more, you can book additional hours or upgrade to the Operator Audit.
Is this a sales call for the agency?
No. You are paying for the hour, so you get consulting, not a pitch. If full-service management makes sense you can ask about it, but it will never be pushed.
What is not included?
Ongoing management, implementation of changes unless this page lists it, and ad spend are not included. Google ad spend is paid directly to Google from your own account. Anything beyond what this page describes can be bought as a separate service.
What is your refund policy?
Before we start work (before you grant access or book your call), you can request a full refund by emailing ops@shopiator.com. Once work has started, fees are not refundable. If we do not deliver what this page describes, tell us and we will fix it or refund the part not delivered.
