Agency Ad Accounts by PlatformWhich Provider Actually Covers Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Taboola & Outbrain
Not every agency ad account provider covers every platform. ExiScale is Meta only. AdRevival covers Meta plus TikTok and native channels as separate add-ons. UpROAS covers all six under one relationship. Here's exactly which provider to use for each platform, so you're not paying for breadth you don't need or missing coverage you do.
"Agency ad accounts" gets used as if it's one product. It isn't. The three providers we track cover completely different sets of platforms, at completely different pricing structures for that coverage, and picking the wrong one for your channel mix means either paying for breadth you don't use or discovering a gap after you've already signed up.

Meta Agency Ad Accounts
All three providers cover Meta, and it's the core product for all three. ExiScale is the deepest option since it's Meta-only: aged 10+ year Business Managers, up to 12 ad accounts and 4 Business Managers on its Scale plan, and a dedicated host Business Manager for pixels. AdRevival covers Meta across four tiers from $299 to $2,499 a month. UpROAS covers it as one of six platforms starting at $299 a month. Our Meta suspension and restriction guide covers what actually triggers a Meta ban and how the three compare on replacement speed.
Google Agency Ad Accounts
UpROAS is the only one of the three that lists Google Ads agency accounts, included under the same subscription as Meta, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, and Outbrain starting at $299 a month for the Gold tier. Neither ExiScale nor AdRevival offers Google accounts at time of writing. If Google is a genuine channel for your brand, not just a nice-to-have, that alone decides the comparison: UpROAS is the only option among the three that covers it.
The only one of the three that covers Google Ads agency accounts, alongside Meta, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, and Outbrain under one relationship.
Get Started With UpROASTikTok Agency Ad Accounts
AdRevival and UpROAS both cover TikTok, but the pricing structure is different. AdRevival sells TikTok as a separate $499-a-month product on top of whatever Meta tier you're already paying for. UpROAS includes it in the base subscription alongside the other five platforms. If TikTok is a smaller, secondary channel for you, run the math on whether AdRevival's add-on price makes sense versus UpROAS's bundled rate. Our dedicated TikTok ad account providers guide goes deeper on TikTok-specific infrastructure and full-service alternatives.
Bing Agency Ad Accounts
UpROAS is the only provider of the three that covers Bing. If Bing is a real part of your channel mix, most commonly for brands that also run Google and want search coverage across both engines under one relationship, UpROAS is the option worth evaluating.
Taboola and Outbrain Agency Ad Accounts
Both native ad networks are covered by AdRevival (as separate $499-a-month add-ons each) and UpROAS (included in the base subscription). Neither is covered by ExiScale. For a brand running meaningful native ad spend on both networks, AdRevival's add-on structure means $998 a month on top of its Meta tier for Taboola and Outbrain together, worth comparing directly against UpROAS's bundled pricing if native spend is a real part of the media mix.
Specialist vs. Generalist: Which Structure Actually Fits
Pull up your last 90 days of ad spend by platform. If one platform is carrying 80% or more of it, a specialist on that platform, ExiScale for Meta, is almost always the better call, the depth matters more than the convenience. If spend is genuinely split three or more ways with no single platform dominating, the coordination cost of managing separate specialist relationships usually outweighs the risk-concentration tradeoff of a generalist like UpROAS. Our full specialist vs. generalist breakdown covers the risk tradeoffs of each structure in more depth.

Which agency ad account provider covers Google Ads?
Of the three we track, only UpROAS covers Google Ads agency accounts, alongside Meta, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, and Outbrain under one relationship starting at $299 a month. Neither ExiScale nor AdRevival lists Google accounts on their sites at time of writing.
Does ExiScale offer TikTok or Google agency accounts?
No. ExiScale is Meta only, which is also why its infrastructure is the deepest of the three on that single platform: aged 10+ year Business Managers and a dedicated host Business Manager for pixels on its Scale plan. If Meta is 80% or more of your spend, that depth usually outperforms a generalist's shallower coverage of the same platform.
Which provider covers Bing, Taboola, and Outbrain agency accounts?
UpROAS covers Bing, Taboola, and Outbrain natively under its single subscription. AdRevival covers Taboola and Outbrain (along with Snapchat, Newsbreak, and Rumble) as separate $499-a-month add-ons alongside its Meta plan, but does not offer Bing. ExiScale doesn't cover any of the three.
Should I use one multi-platform provider or a specialist per platform?
Pull up your last 90 days of ad spend by platform. If one platform carries 80% or more of it, a specialist on that platform (ExiScale for Meta) usually outperforms a generalist's shallower coverage of the same platform. If spend is genuinely split three or more ways with no single platform dominating, a multi-platform relationship like UpROAS usually beats managing several separate specialist relationships, each with its own contract and support queue.
Does AdRevival's TikTok account cost extra on top of the Meta plan?
Yes. TikTok, Snapchat, Taboola, Outbrain, Newsbreak, and Rumble are each separate $499-a-month Private Management products on AdRevival, not included in the Meta tier pricing. A brand running Meta plus TikTok through AdRevival is paying its Meta tier plus $499 for TikTok specifically.

Zero Spend Fees & Cashback on Agency Ad Accounts (and Why "Lower CPA" Is the Wrong Way to Think About It)
AdRevival calls itself "the first and biggest zero spend fee agency." UpROAS pays up to 3% cashback. Here's what those actually save you, the fee structures other providers charge instead, and why an agency ad account lowers your infrastructure cost, not your CPA, a distinction worth getting right before you buy one expecting it to fix performance.
ReadGuideThe Ideal Ad Account Structure for Scaling Ecommerce Brands Without Downtime or Restrictions
ExiScale, AdRevival, and UpROAS each sell agency ad account infrastructure, but underneath the pricing tiers they're all describing the same structural problem: brands that scale on a single ad account, with their pixel and spend in the same place, go down completely when Meta restricts something. Here's the account structure that prevents that, regardless of which provider you use.
ReadGuideDo Ecommerce Brands Need Agency Ad Accounts for Google Ads? Why the Meta Playbook Doesn't Transfer
Meta and Google Ads are not the same trust problem, and a whitelisted Google agency account doesn't fix what actually gets Google accounts suspended. Here's why advertiser verification and Merchant Center identity verification make purchased Google agency accounts a fear-mongering sell, why ExiScale doesn't offer one, and how some Google Ads agencies use MCC control as a client lock-in tactic instead.
