Second, AfterShip and 17TRACK get expensive fast past 1,000 orders, and AfterShip's per-shipment overage billing is a recurring theme in its 1-star reviews.

Parcel Panel rebranded as CWILL (it was also briefly ParcelWILL), which is why you may not find it by its old name. It has the best rating in the category at 5.0 across 3,161 reviews, with 97% five-star and 1% one-star. It's been on the App Store since January 2019.

Track123 is the cheapest of the top-rated apps at every volume we tested and holds 4.9 stars across 1,732 reviews (94% five-star, 1% one-star). Its tracking page shows an interactive map, and it's the only app here that adds Apple Wallet tracking.

17TRACK has the most reviews in the entire category (4,403 at 4.9 stars) and the broadest carrier list at 3,300+ carriers. If you ship from multiple suppliers, overseas warehouses, or obscure regional carriers, this is the one most likely to actually find the parcel.

TrackingMore (4.4 stars, 381 reviews) is priced in line with Track123 and Parcel Panel, but it's the only app with a multi-store subscription on its Pro plan and a published Enterprise tier for 70,000 orders a month at $1,189.

10. Track with Shop: The Free Built-In Baseline
Before installing anything, know what you already have. Per Shopify's help center, Track with Shop is on by default for every Shopify store. Customers get a tracking link on the order status page and in shipping emails, with live map tracking and delivery notifications in the Shop app, plus automated delivery date estimates on product pages and checkout.
It needs valid tracking numbers and carriers on every fulfillment, and the Shop app install links only work in 28 supported countries. The real limitation is ownership: the experience is Shop's, not yours, so there's no branded page, no upsell block, and no exception alerting for your support team.
