Frequently Asked Questions
Is Google ad spend included in the $500?
No. The $500 a month is our management fee. Ad spend is paid separately, directly to Google from your own Google Ads account and billing. We never take or hold your ad budget.
What does the service cover?
One Shopify store, one primary domain, and one Google Ads account. It covers Branded Search campaign setup and management, conversion tracking with GTM and Shopify, and Google Merchant Center account and feed setup. Additional stores, domains, or Google Ads accounts are separate engagements.
What is not included?
Consulting calls, Merchant Center suspension support, non-brand campaigns (Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube), creative production, landing page or theme changes, and ad spend. These can be added as separate services.
How does billing and cancellation work?
You are billed $500 on the day you subscribe and every month on the same date. Cancel any time before your next billing date by emailing ops@shopiator.com and you will not be charged again. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Fees paid for a month are not refundable, because setup and management work starts immediately. You can cancel any time to stop future charges. Please read the Brand Protection terms at checkout before you subscribe.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify accounts, plus your brand terms and domain. Setup timelines start when we have the access we need, and billing starts when you subscribe.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We guarantee the work described on this page, not specific sales or return on ad spend, because results depend on your brand demand, competitors, store, and budget.
Can I move to full-service scaling later?
Yes. Brand Protection is built as a first step. When your tracking and brand search are in place, we can scale Shopping, Performance Max, and other campaigns. Apply from the link at the bottom of this page.
