CThe Challenge

A fast-growing toys brand doing $2M/month entirely on Meta Ads. Google Ads had been tried twice before with two different agencies and abandoned both times within 90 days due to poor returns. The founder believed Google simply didn't work for their category.

SOur Solution

We started with our audit engine to analyze the competitive landscape on Google for their exact product categories. Found that competitors were spending heavily on Shopping and Search, meaning demand existed but previous agencies had failed to capture it. Built a Google Shopping structure matched to their product catalog with margin-based bidding. Launched branded Search to stop competitors from siphoning their Meta-generated demand. Added non-brand Search targeting high-purchase-intent keywords.

The Result

Google Ads now generates 40% incremental revenue on top of their Meta spend at a 4.2x ROAS. The brand is no longer dependent on a single acquisition channel. During Meta's last major outage, Google Ads revenue actually increased as more shoppers shifted to Search.
